2. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Be at least 13 years of age to create an account

3. User Content

You retain ownership of content you post on Superstar. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with the Service.

You agree not to post content that:

• Is illegal, harmful, or violates others' rights
• Contains hate speech, harassment, or threats
• Includes spam, malware, or deceptive content
• Infringes on intellectual property rights
• Contains explicit content involving minors

4. Creator Subscriptions & Payments

Creators can offer paid subscriptions through Superstar. By subscribing:

• You authorize recurring monthly charges until canceled
• Refunds are handled according to our refund policy
• Creators receive 90% of subscription revenue after payment processing fees
• Superstar retains a 10% platform fee

5. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems
• Use automated means to access the Service without permission
• Sell or transfer your account to another party

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time through Settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Superstar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
