Copyright Policy

1. Content Ownership

Users may only upload or share content that they own or have the legal rights to use and distribute. This includes photos, videos, audio, music, text, and any other media shared on Superstar.

If you do not own the rights to a piece of content, you must have explicit permission from the rights holder before uploading it to the platform.

2. DMCA Compliance

Superstar complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users to do the same.

When we receive a valid DMCA notice, we will promptly remove or disable access to the infringing content.

3. Filing a Copyright Complaint

If you believe that content on Superstar infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice by emailing us at contact@superstar.space. Please include the following information:

  • Your full name and contact information (email address or phone number)
  • A description of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed
  • A link to or description of the infringing content on Superstar
  • A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf
  • Your physical or electronic signature

4. Removal of Infringing Content

Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, Superstar will remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content. We aim to review and respond to valid notices within 5 business days. We will make a reasonable effort to notify the user who posted the content.

5. Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification by emailing us at contact@superstar.space. Your counter-notification must include:

  • Your full name and contact information
  • Identification of the content that was removed and where it appeared
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the content was removed by mistake or misidentification
  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original complaint
  • Your physical or electronic signature

Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, we may restore the removed content within 10–14 business days unless the original complainant files a court action.

6. Repeat Infringer Policy

Superstar maintains a repeat infringer policy. Accounts that repeatedly upload content that infringes on the copyrights of others may be suspended or permanently terminated at our discretion.
